This notice covers rentistry.co.uk: what the site collects, why, and what it doesn’t. It doesn’t cover accounts in the Rentistry app.
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo or contact form: your name, email address and, if you give them, your company, how many properties you let, the plan you’re interested in, times that suit you and your message. We also record the date, the page you sent it from and your browser type.
To stop abuse, the server keeps a scrambled (salted and hashed) version of your IP address so it can limit how many messages come from one place. The address itself isn’t stored.
Why
To reply to your request: to arrange a demo or answer your message. That is the only use. We don’t sell your details, add you to marketing lists or use them for advertising.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in Rentistry’s own database, which only the Rentistry team can read. If email notifications are switched on, a copy of your enquiry is emailed to the Rentistry team so that someone sees it promptly.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details you sent. Use the contact form and mention your reference if you have it.
Changes
